Odi Iche Philosophy

Odi Iche is rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and intention.

We believe in creating pieces that feel personal, expressive, and lasting. Every item is produced in small quantities and crafted by hand, honoring the artistry behind slow fashion. Our goal is not mass production, but meaningful creation — pieces that carry story, individuality, and care.

When you purchase from Odi Iche, you are supporting independent design, handmade craftsmanship, and a community built around creativity and culture.

Production Time

All Odi Iche pieces are handmade with care and intention.

Each piece is handmade in our studio and requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.

This production timeline applies to:

• Handbags
• Clothing
• Capsule collection pieces
• Small batch releases

Because every item is handmade, your piece is individually cut, sewn, and assembled before it is shipped.

During collection launches or high order volumes, production times may extend slightly. If this happens, we will communicate any updates via email.

Shipping Policy

Once your item has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times after production:

Canada
2–6 business days

United States
4–8 business days

International
7–14 business days depending on location

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping timelines do not include the 2–3 week production time.

Pre-Orders

Some Odi Iche pieces may be released as pre-orders.

A pre-order allows customers to reserve an item before production is completed.

Pre-order items follow our standard 2–3 week production timeline, though timelines may extend slightly depending on demand.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• Your item will not ship immediately
• Production begins after your order is placed
• Estimated timelines are projections and may vary slightly

Pre-orders help us maintain intentional production and avoid overproduction.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as production or material preparation may already be underway.

Limited Releases & Capsule Drops

Odi Iche releases collections through limited capsule drops.

This means:

• Pieces are produced in small quantities
• Items may sell out quickly
• Restocks are not guaranteed

Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

We recommend completing checkout promptly during launches to avoid missing out on limited pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature and limited production of Odi Iche pieces, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production may have already begun.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Odi Iche is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked delivered, Odi Iche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Because every Odi Iche piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.

These may include:

• Minor stitching differences
• Slight fabric placement changes
• Natural variations in materials

These details are not considered defects, but rather part of the craftsmanship behind each piece.

No two Odi Iche pieces are exactly the same.

Content & Photography Rights

All imagery, photography, designs, and creative content displayed on the Odi Iche website and social media platforms belong to Odi Iche.

This includes:

• Product photography
• Campaign imagery
• Videos and visual campaigns
• Design concepts and bag silhouettes

These materials may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission from Odi Iche.

By tagging @odiiche or using Odi Iche hashtags, you grant permission for Odi Iche to repost your content on our website or social media platforms with credit.
