Returns/Exchanges Policy
Please note: You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order after placing it. For
cancellations, please reach out to us at info@odiiche.com, and we will assist you with
the process..
All items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We
currently do not provide refunds. Custom orders are final sale. All regular priced items are
available for exchange only for store credit. No refunds are permitted because each piece is
unique and made to order.
Details for receiving store credit on returned Odi Iche item(s):
Initiate Return:
● To start a return, please email info@odiiche.com from the same email address
used for placing your order.
Return Conditions:
● You are required to send the item(s) back unworn, in its original condition,
including the tags, within the original packaging.
● The item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.
● You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back.
Exchange Process:
● If you wish to exchange, shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your store
credit.
● Return shipping fees vary by country, and details will be provided to the customer
once a request has been made.
● A return label will be sent to you.
Important Note:
● Do not send items back with your own label. We only accept returns with the
provided return label. Returns with the incorrect label will not be accepted and
will be sent back.
Exchange Limitations:
● Items can only be exchanged once. Sales from store credit cannot be exchanged
a second time.
Store Credit :
● Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify the conditions, we will issue your
store credit by email. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your store
credit.
Return Period:
● Odi Iche reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the
14-day period or the return of any item not in the same condition as when
received or not returned using our shipping method.
SHIPPING
Processing Time:
● The processing time for your order is typically 3-4 weeks. However, any
ready-to-ship pieces will be shipped within 1 week.
● As all our items are crafted on a made-to-order basis, there might be instances
where processing takes a bit longer than anticipated. To ensure a smooth
experience, we recommend refraining from last-minute orders for specific events
to avoid potential disappointment.

LOST PARCELS
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing during transit, kindly contact us at
info@odiiche.com.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Store Credit: Receive store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s).
Re-Shipment: Repay the shipping fee, and we'll promptly resend your package.
Packages may be returned due to address issues or if a delivery attempt is missed and not rescheduled. To prevent this, we strongly recommend double-checking your address after placing an order and closely monitoring your tracking information post-dispatch.
