Exchange Conditions:
● You are required to send the item(s) back unworn, in its original condition, including the tags, within the original packaging.
● The item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Process:
● If you wish to exchange, shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchange Limitations:
● Items can only be exchanged once. Sales from store credit cannot be exchanged a second time.
Store Credit :
● Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify the conditions, we will issue your store credit by email. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Return Period:
● Odi Iche reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14-day period or the return of any item not in the same condition as when received or not returned using our shipping method.
